Veg patch troubles

Hi, 
I so my lettuce is really starting to take on a life of its own, but I have had two of my 2inch high plants wilt in the past 2 days, They are not over or underwatered, i have checked both the moisture and pH of the soil, the roots are not rotten, but they have both ended up looking like this

 Any cure? 
Also, I potted all my seeds in pots with the names on them, and somehow forgot to name this one, any ideas?

    It looks like a salvia or sage. Lettuce don't like warm weather

    Not sure about your lettuce, they can be prone to fungal problems and dieseases passed by aphids etc, its usually worth growing a couple more than you need, just incase, but is normal, so dont worry too much image



    Are you seedlings veggies? Because to me they look like salvias image



    Try growing cut and come again lettuce in trays or pots, they are tons less effort as long as they dont dry out image
