I've been given the ok to try do something with this area so anymore ideas would be appreciated.
I like the idea of the multi stemmed birch for the top but I'd like to get rid of the grass/weeds as it's hard to cut. I was thinking of a mix of shrubs, perennials and spring bulbs. It bang in the middle off a big green area so will be seen by house all around.
Budget will be small so will be doing it bit at a time.
Why is it kids always get the blame, for all you know it could be adults whom have nothing better to do with their lives.
I would be rather apprehensive in carryout further work just to make it look good i would say tidy it up place maybe a tree or two and generally keep it tidy. if those who carried out the last are not up to it then why spend your hard earned cash in replacing it all, it would be a great insult to you if it was to happen again.
Ha Ha ,the kids were seen snapping the last lot but was to late to do anything at that time. Them kids have now moved so it would be a good time to get onto it so it has a chance to establish.
A landscape gardener did it last time so I'm sure he'd be up for it but the money is not there this time to pay to get it redone by him and I have to look out at it everyday and was hoping to get it looking nice. It wouldn't be my money it will come from money collected from the whole estate.
