Plant identification please

Hello my sister has noticed this plant for the first time this year in her woodland area. She is not aware of buying or planting it. The leaves are sedum like and the plant is only 12 inches tall. Any suggestions please.

I think that's Umbelicus rupestris, wall pennywort.
but it's not one I've grown and only know it from photos so may be wrong

Its no trouble, it turns up here, next year it will be somewhere else. It soon dies down.
