Bugs on my orchids

I have a candyflooss looking white dust which holds a small bug inside on my orchids. I have sprayed them and physically picked them off, ans wiped all the candy floss type white dust off, and they still come back. Can anyone help.

It sounds like mealy bug, if it is like a little white wood louse. I found them on an orchid too. I managed to prise them out the crevices with a sharpened pencil.
It is not getting reinfested by another nearby plant is it?
Hope someone else has a better suggestion...
Thanks VS. Have sprayed and de bugged the other plants, keeps on coming back. Thanx for your help.
Dab methylated spirits on them with a cotton bud, it doesn't damage the plant. I had lots on a new cactus I had bought
