Hmmm, did I sound grumpy? Sorry, didn't mean to. Love all who visit my garden. image
  • You may notice rather a lot of  seemingly randomly-placed plant supports in this bed (below). They were placed there after I ended up replanting the same geranium and hebe 3 times, after the new puppy decided he would like to "help" in the garden image Now every planting out is defended with sharp objects, and I keep a close eye on him (he can be very stealthy when he wants to be though!).

He also sneaks up and grabs the empty plant pots when I plant things out, and gallivants around the garden with them on his nose image
And he's fallen in the pond 3 times to date, so the poor frogs aren't too keen on him either!

Just a thought/ could you get your daughter err  sort of interested in gardening ?  It worked for a friend of mine .went a bit too far though,

She came home to find her rotary clothes line dismantled ,was informed to take it down when not in use - it spoiled the view to the newly planted shrub border !

To think I started this thread complaining about my daughter when I can clearly remember booting the football into my Dad's roses on a regular basis image So much so that I was forever getting a new ball because of the thorns causing punctures.

If we're posting pics of pets, here's my little guy peeking out the back door...
