    Could be Nut, but I've got Diablo D'or in my front garden and the leaves are dark brown.

    Do you think it's the physocarpus Gm?

    The cultivar was only a maybe

    I'd agree with P O Diablo, the amount of sun can have an effect on leaf colour.
