Unhappy Morello Cherry Tree

Any one know what's up with my Morello Cherry Tree? I only got it last year and it is in a large pot. The leaves have drooped and look like they have some sort of rust on the edges. The larger fruit seems to be doing ok but the smaller fruit is shrivelling. It had fine cobwebs on it about ten days ago (mites?) but I hosed them off with washing up liquid and water. It doesn't look too happy though, are the leaves normally like this? I've given it extra water over the last few days.

Thank you Pansyface, good to know that I'm not doing much wrong.  The pot is 37cm across so not too far off.  It is in a pot as I was thinking of moving house but if I'm still here next year I'll upgrade its pot image

If you look at cherry trees in the south of France, in hot sunny weather they droop their leaves - it reduces the surface area exposed to the sun so they don't lose so much water due to transpiration in the heat.
