I've just been reading a USA thread and it suggests that a diluted spray of Apple cider vinegar have stopped black spot in its tracks ! Anyone any opinion on that? May just try it out

Black spot is a consequence of clean air. It used to be kept in check by the sulphur pollution.
Sulphur spray is therefore the best cure. Is it obtainable?
Sulphur spray alive and well and living on Amazon.
