Moving trees/shrubs

We have a Judas tree that is in the wrong place, and would like to move it to elsewhere in our garden, but don't know if it is the right time to do this i.e. during the summer months?

    How old it it and how long has it been there.

    They have a reputation for not moving well

    I agree with Nut, but even if they did move well, the best time to do it would be when it is dormant. " high summer " is not the best time to move trees or shrubs.
