bugs on my fuschia buds

noticed a lot of tiny little white / pale gree bugs on the buds of my fuschia.. what are they likely to be, and whats the best way to get rid! (organic / chemical free if possible!)

Greenfly/aphids? I'd use a spray of mild soap solution (I find Ecover works well).
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
a solution of washing up liquid and diluted with water put in a sprayer,
completely spray both sides of all leaves and the entire plant this will sort the problem out do it 2/3 times for 1 week then continue doing so once a week this will keep them at bay. its better than spray insecticides and green too.
