Garlic rust, tomato leaf discolouration and apple tree nutrient deficiency?

Hi all
Back at work today, I find the above three problems.
severe rust on a whole row of garlic (planted here to keep the aphods off the strawberries, which it's done. Should I dig up the whole lot? I've had a ferret about down below and the bulbs are only just starting to swell. Trouble is, it's spreading to the other garlic in the next bed and there are leeks and onions nearby as well....?
Nutrient deficiency? Scorching? They're in the g/h with the windows open but I don't suppose anyone's been opening the door while I've been away. In a growbag (part of the trial) Just setting first truss and had their first feed today.
and finally....
The lowest tier on one side only is like this. It's had compost and a watering with Epsom salts in the spring as it looks like Mg deficiency. Rest of the espalier is fine. S-facing wall.
Thanks for (anticipated) help.

I agree with Chrissie - destroy all rust infected alliums asap. It's almost certainly Leek rust and it's becoming more of a problem, mainly because there are always some leeks in the ground, somewhere..
Thanks.
I shall have to steel myself to sacrifice the garlic to protect the leeks and onions. Shame cos the bulbs have only just started to swell
Looks like tomato food for the apple tree....but why only one branch?
and I'll take off that 'orrible looking tomato leaf.
Garlic foliage burned; bulbs smallish but usable. The other row, which is closer to the leeks and much younger now has it so that'll have to go too
Sprayed and watered the apple tree with Epsom salts and awaiting results.
Tomato still looking dodgy, as the the other five plants in the two growbags of this type - so that may be the problem. Fed and watered.
