Advice needed on Strawberry leaf disease

A friend has planted up her new fruit cage with three batches of strawberries from 2 or 3 different suppliers. One of the batches has started to show a type of rust on the leaves while one of the batches (from a different supplier) still seems clear of problems. None of them have been in longer than two weeks.

Can anyone identify the condition and advise please.
