Marked leaves

Hi I have a two year old Silverbirch which has brown marks on the leaves, over half the tree has these marked leaves, the new growth this spring seems to be ok, does anyone know what can be causing this please.

Hi Pansyface, lots of patches of brown and dark brown speckles, can't say they look squiggly, the new growth at the top of the tree is fine. I have tried to upload photos but Im not having any luck. The bigger leaves are most affected.
it doesn't face the morning sun, but when we had high winds it was battered a bit I wondered if it could be wind burn. Have you any suggestions on how to upload photos on here please.
