What on my plant and how to solve it

Hi what on my plant looks like bug of some kind and how do I get rid of it? thanks

    Looks like greenfly (aphids.)  Easiest thing is to spray them with a dilute solution of washing-up liquid - just a few drops in a pint (0.5l) hand sprayer should do it.  Check once a week and spray again if necessary.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    I can spot the problem - it's fallen over.  Not surprising with the table at that angle image

    Yes Red - the pests only affect the leaves and don't enter the soil.  What sort of plant is it?  Looks a bit like a pepper or chilli.
