persistent lawn weed

How can I send you a photo of a weed which I cannot find on line and I wish to find out how I can eradicate it. It has been dug out three times but persists to creep from the base of my wall into the lawn

To post a photo on here you click on the green tree icon on the toolbar at the top of where you type your post, and follow the instructions. I'm afraid it doesn't work from phones ... yet!
If it doesn't work give us a shout
