Bumblebees in trouble - seem to have a few bees in trouble . But why?

Hello all, hope someone can help !
Have noticed a few bees, alone, and just lying on the floor or clinging to the wall. Have put jam out and moved then to the jam but wonder why they're like this? Is it the cold? Or disease ? How can I help them?

It's cooled down and it's wet Flora. Put some water with a teaspoon of sugar mixed in nearby. As it warms up again they will recover.
