help!! i have a 15 year old wisteria that has grown in our south facing garden. I goes along our fence and on the back of our house. @We prune the long branches that have flowered every year. This year we saw the buds forming and all looked good for another year of beautiful blooms. All the buds died and there are no leaves coming out. The small branches are now dead or will be soon! There are no bumps to indicate any insect damage but there are grey-greenish patches on the large branches and trunk. I looks like some kind of flat fungus or something. The only place that looks alive is at the root where there are new branches growing. All the other plants in our garden are in fine condition, including roses, magnolia, peonies, and herbs along with other plants. please can anyone help?
My wisteria is about the same age. Its branches have spread through the branches of trees close by and it looks beautiful when in blossom. In the last week or so all its leaves have dried and dropped off. I do hope it doesnt die altogether. I am wondering if the hot spell has caused it. I am now giving it huge amounts of water in the hope that it will revive. Will let you know.
Can anyone help. I have a very large wisteria someone has cut the trunk right the way through is there anything I can do to save it. are there are glue type products. they are clean cuts.

My 22 year old Wisteria flowered beautifully. Started to leaf out and failed. It just died. Devastated.
It it’s cut right through I doubt that it can be ’repaired’ but there may be other options.
