Snow all gone, as has the heavy rain. Sun appeared, washing went outside ! & almost dried. Ironing now done & rest on airer.
Birds being pains agin by being absent. Squirrels well in evidence.
Cake baking being done, by daughter not OH so slightly less mess. Ah, something slightly over done, so I expect a 2cnd attempt may be done as somebody's birthday cake.
Been swapping beds around house , sounded easy...it wasn't ! Done now , making an iced lemon tray bake with slight adaption as per usual with me ... Just waiting for it to cool before icing then obviously we shall have to have a cuppa and a taste test. (New to baking) .
Having a cuppa while bread dough rises. Miss English bread. Fresh French bread tears your gums and sliced is American and full of sugar - weird with cheese on toast. The French go on about how wonderful their bread and cheese is but the English is better. The English don't boast enough about their good things.
Flo is "the old hag" you as well? Otherwise you wouldn't say old hag. The bits you can see look rather attractive. Nice hair.
