Jo -you could tried editing your post after posting it-but that might be a lesson for another dayimage

Ta da! Now can edit things too. Oh am on a roll now...... better go & start tea before I get carried away here. J.

  • Afternoon, all shopped out now. Living room full of bags of pressies. Weather awful, rain, wind and fog, water pouring off the hills over walls and onto roads. drains can't cope. Got home and a crew is trying to fix the drainage close by to stop the water coming up out of the pavement. They have mended it 3 times before and are now trying to put something more permanent in place. Probably won't work though!

Shopped all day, so marking this evening.

What about Last Tango yesterday? Second series to follow, excellent news.

Family here on Saturday, I might have to make them watch Strictly.
  • Arrgghhh! No I can't fit that all in! I'm a busy working woman! As for kissing the boss, do me a favour, I'd rather kiss a frog.

No Cubs tonight, we've finished for Christmas hols. I am meeting a very good friend at the big GC this evening - its late night opening. We will gossip, shop and take refreshment in the cafe. Dinner is sausages - the boys can cook!

Aaw Dean, that's sad but I'm sure she'd appreciate you all having a drink in her memory.
