As a precaution, a demonstration of how to build an emergency ark is here:

Morning Pam, Geoff, Gary, Jean and Lurkers. Who's Chrissie Sparkle then?

Flooding all round today. Local radio is saying that Hampshire, Dorset and W. Sussex are impassable except for the mainest of roads.

Gary, I heard that report yesterday. Trouble is, people expect instant results, don't they? And gardening has never had anything of the instant about it. Well, apart from the fact that if you put in certain plants they will be instantly devoured by the local gastropods.

Stay dry and warm everyone. You can all put you feet up now your trees and decs are done image

  • Morning all, Pam love the door wreath. Hope the sparkle floated down on to you and it didn't get too wet.

Have to go out and do the rest of the shopping, wish I hadn't left everything so late, as usual.

Oh, Glyn, hi! It's just that my name is Chrissie and it's hard to imagine who else it could be  image

  • Fancy that, Flo/Chrissie! Used it rather than the full Christmas word. I don't know any other Chrissies except the one Holby!

It's a good name. Glyn. When you've finished with it, I may want to adopt it as my belly-dancing persona!!

    Geoff. GEOFF!  GEE OO FFFF!

May I have some help please? My little belly dancer - above - did wiggly things with her hands when I found her but now she doesn't. Would you be kind enough to explain to make animated clip art animate? Pretty please, thankyousomuch, when you've got a spare few mins.
