There was a thing on TV just, about the strange reasons dogs are handed in. So sad.Oscar was a rescue dog, he came from a couple who were splitting up and neither wanted dog so he was given to a charity He is without doubt the best dog we have ever had but when we had him he was quite distressed. and even now (gosh 9 years later) cannot stand any one crying, difficult when you sniff when you have a cold - large dog launches himself on your lap
Oh, that is so sad. Lucky Oscar to find you . Most of our dogs come from change of home circs. - splitting up, losing job, having to move into rented, long-term illness etc. People don't always tell the truth, though.
