    Geoff .. You can put any game meat in game pie, mine today has pheasant, partridge and venison, with carrot, onion, mushrooms and flavoured with juniper berries, thyme and bay, red wine and chicken stock.

  • All snipped now. Chris, that's sounds very posh. Out this aft to find a new sofa and some wallpaper. OH has agreed to do the wallpapering! It might get done for next Christmas then.
