I noriced a recent TV ad featuring Mark Cavendish. Apparently he swears by Head and Shoulders. Would not surprise me in the least if he uses aforementioned spot reduction product (if it's still available). Am not sure which famous celebs promote(d) that one.
But happy with that, the whole planting area will be re-designed for next season.

I too was intrigued with the vegan guy on this weeks GW, n Kate! wanna say thanks for that post! My veggie friend had a bit of a kick in the teeth midweek, unfortunately her tumours have grown, and now being pressured by family to go down the conventional route, but she does not want to!!!! So thinking this read will encourage her to stay on the path she has chosen!!
No Kate! She has stirred wide of it! But she herself has said, she does not feel I'll n since her vegan regime, she has never in her life had as much energy, does not have tired spell's n sleep's like a baby! So it must be doing some good!!!

Dean I am intrigued did you watch the programme that said that your medical life is pre-programmed in the womb, it was fascinating. They tried to explain why 20 a day smokers live till they are 90 but vegan yoga fanatics cannot escape their destiny.

Sorry to say this Dean but I was under the impression that he had done the medical route and was eating healthily to stay healthy.
