Not having anything better to do, due to local paining, I did look at the Andy Williams article. What caught my eye was the adjacent article about gardening and trampolines...
"Gardening guru Pippa Greenwood, who regularly appears on Gardeners World, says she first noticed trampolines becoming more popular about 10-12 years ago, with them becoming incredibly common five years ago. Most people who have got kids under the age of 12 seem to have one now - they are very much a garden feature... Trampolines provide a huge outlet for energy for children, and save sofas".
I don't possess one myself. I seem to have missed out on this important garden trend. My sofa is OK, I think.
Have always hated rice pudding, semolina and tapioca. I was in hospital having tonsils out when i was 7 and was force fed the horrid stuff. Better day today went shopping, had lunch which included cake. Friend Elaine needed new dress to wear to a wedding this weekend 1st shop we went into found the dress straight away spent the rest of the time at lunch.
I read an article the other day about how trampolines are responsible for lots of injuries. I think its small children jumping on them that are responsible actually - and if they weren't doing that they'd be jumping on or off something else, i.e. the sofa! The twins have a trampoline but they call it their 'jumpoline'.
Now that is good shopping Maud! I hate shopping. Do everything online if I can. Jess has got a fancy dress party to go to first week of October, which is Disney theme. Hopefully, I won't have to venture out the house to find a decent costume.
