    Dean welcome back.

Glyn I have set the recorder for that film, American politics fascinate me.

My money is still on Denise VO.

Do you think people tell family and colleagues that they are on XF and have made it through to bootcamp with 4 yeses only to appear on screen for 3 seconds, do they know then that they have not made it?

    Gosh you lot can chat!

After another 'session' yesterday & am not brill at the mo- even this drug has side-effects & they are increasing every time I get a dose. Oh well, over half way I think.

Did a bit of deadheading & not much else outside today. Those poor seedlings still to be pricked out. Daughter on nights part of next week so a good job to do in greenhouse come rain or shine, when being quiet inside is required.

Off to tackle the crossword now, night. J.

    Dean, glad you're back OK.

Jo, sorry to hear you're not great at the mo - hope the crossword goes well and takes your mind off grot-ness. I'm about too look one out as I'm not interested in what's on TV.

Jo take it easy, the pricking out will wait.

Flo I hope that you are staying up to watch MOTDimage

Natch, Kate, you can't keep me away

    or do I mean awake?  ;- D

  • Enjoyed SCD prelim show. Nice to see Darcey Bussell on the show, far better than Alesha, who was never able to judge with any authority.

Liked all the pairings. The raven-haired new pro Karen has a good partner, glad we'll be seeing a lot more of her. That little Tracy Beaker girl was bobbing away in the group dance. She'll go far. Louis Smith looked a bit sullen during same dance; didn't seem to be enjoying the experience.

Installed an outdoor security light yesterday afternoon. Only £9 from Homebase. Really easy to install, so went out late last night to test same. It's brilliant. It remains on while activity is in the area, so could even be used as garden lighting (for slug collection, for working in greenhouse after dark, for gardening at night, or entertaining, attracting moths, etc, etc.) Am itching for an excuse to put up another.

    Morning those who are up

    Welcome back Dean

Glyn -did you watch Lilyhammer-any good?

I endured SCD for Mrs Geoff-but the clapping and the arm twirlings-do they put something in the tea?

I think I am growing up -I am starting to look at XF with tired eyesimage

Jo-relax more -it will all still be there tomorrow

We have one of those light by the back door Gary-really useful for when the dog goes charging out-also one by the front door so you can see where the lock isimage

It is cloudy but not such a cold morning

Morning all,  Glad you are back from ''Safari'' Dean and hope you are feeling better today Jo.

XF is now banned - how can people say it's not rigged !!! I hoped to watch ''One Day '' last night from when I set the planner up  - zilch. Think this could possibily be age related.

Morning. Am forsaking The Archers omnibus as I've heard most of them anyway and it's gone a bit heavy duty at the mo. SCD was OK, they do make a meal of the introductions, though, and sometimes it's obvious who the partner will be because of the height of the person involved. Louis might have just had a concentrating face on, Gary. I've been accused of looking miserable when I've just been thinking or even relaxing!

Haven't planned anything today, will see what happens.

I watched My Sisters Keeper last night imageimageimage

Geoff I think they are overdoing the sob stories, I do think that they have too many good girl singers so that could be interesting.

I am planning to strim the edges of the lawn and plant out some kale, I also need to compost the non producing courgettes and tomato plants.
