Geoff - I may have to dig out my Blondie cd now.

Speaking of telephones - I have a way of dealing with unwanted calls. Ask whose calling, tell them you will fetch him/her and just leave the phone open - they soon get the message.

Or buy a very loud whistle.

Barry tells them he is a bit deaf and could they repeat what they have said - he also talks very loud to them - they usually get fed up in the end image

  • Geoff, how did you guess? And I'm afraid my cake never arrived. Will have to be content with a pack (or two) of mini chocolate fingers that are currently in the desk drawer.

I can recommend having two birthdays! But I only celebrate one of course.

Beg to differ on answer 9 Geoff. Spider mites surely have 8 legs as they are mites and related to arachnids with their 2 section bodies and 8 legs. Unless of course you have been pulling legs off your poor little spoider mites. I confess I thought this but did a quick googlecheck just now so I didn't make a total prat of myself.

Sad day, Blue Boy the hedgehog seems to have moved out. No food eaten for 2 nights :- (
Trouble is I tried to make the garden to keep the hedgies in so if they do shin up the ivy and go next door, it's well nigh impossible to get back I should think.
