I am back from the fields, have survived another cub camp. I didn't even get bitten by the mozzies (copious quantities of insect repellent but it didn't repel the maybug that landed on me). There was lots of cake!
I've come back to a mountain of courgettes - and the first runner beans - so will have them for tea tonight. We were kept informed with regular bulletins on the meddling.
