Oh just come in bearing logs, thinks we have enough wood to last season, not necessarily chopped, be stuck if another cold spell.

Bunny are logs like coal, cheaper to buy in summer?

Went food shopping. Supermarket was having a gardening week, had 2 golden raspberry plants left, had to have them before someone else did - under £5 each, £8 in GC. They had winter honeysuckle and variegated hebes for about £3.40 each, they are about £10 in GC. Got 1 of each. Then they had large decorative pots for under a fiver and potting compost on special offer (a known brand that used to be my favourite, but too pricey in GC). Then there were baby lettuce plants and parsley. So by the time the trolley was loaded with that lot there wasn't much room left for food!! imageimage Poor OH, there's always the freezer. But there was also a special offer on salmon fillets so managed to squeeze one in too.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Bunny would you send some of your chicken round. Sounds lovely. We are having salmon and sweet potato wedges. Something quick and easy after work. May make lemon drizzle cake. Also quick and easy.
