    Spam omelette image -spring onions, mushrooms, peppers and any thing else you fancy. Really tasty.

    Just been watching news, some areas have been hit really hard by flooding, Northumberland looks bad.

    Not going to moan about the rain anymore - consider myself pretty lucky .

    Gary I was looking forward to Nigella's new show but found it a little repetitive.

  • Would you believe it after getting drenched yesterday by a car zooming through a puddle, went to pub to meet friend no sign of her so went to her house and she had people round for lunch and i got wet again. Dont think this week is going to be a good one any offers of cake will be gratefully recieved. Guess its spag bol for me tonight

  • Do you remember spam fritters? i used to think they were lovely but now im not so sure.

    Try the omelette, honestly it's really tasty but I grill the spam , I don't fry it. Then just cube it and make omelette usual way. image I have seen spam fritters in the freezer departments of supermarkets - not tried them though.

    Is proper Spam different to chopped Ham and Pork in tins? I always thought they were the same?

    My mom used to get something called Bacon Grill, also in a tin. That was lovely. image
