The camellia I had yesterday was packed so tightly with bubble wrap and stuff - didn't think of taking a photo - did think though that as I orderd it on Sunday and it came yesterday it is perhaps worth going to specialist growers. Have had lovely stuff from Crocus as well. One thing did not grow so sent a photo and had a quick replacement
Named after an Italian Professor - Gabriele Falloppi.
He discovered falloppian tubes, which are named after him. Something to do with women's biology. I do not know what Russian vine has to do with falloppian tubes.
5 pots of sweetpeas on propagator on our bedroom sill.
6 dahlias, all Bishops & 1 choc cosmos now on daughter's sill.
Need to investigate the 2 dahlias pots, unknown variety that, last time I looked in coldframe, had restarted! They can go into greenhouse, plus a covering cloche, so will get the light, but not nec much warmth.
Then, if time & energy allow, only my big Choc cosmos & daughter's German sounding dahlia to get going- they may have to sit in front of the patio window on a large tray I think.

I can see someone playing houses later

What are they Gary - fruit?
Hello fellow forkers.
Just popping in for afternoon registration. Busy all day so can't join in really.
Gary, that parcel looks enormous!
Sunflowers always make me smile too, I was just looking at photos of mine from last year.
Have a good rest of day - we're still under a cold dank cloud blanket here.
By buying mail order you get a much wider choice of things, that are simply not available locally.
I only grow the choicest and most select plants.
I know that some people have trouble growing this one, but I like a challenge
...
The sun has just arrived here. All systems are go.
And that should have read back to tt ( garden )
Never heard of that Gary .
So it's a knot weed
Looks pretty though, hope you have lots of space
