    No Geoff. They just crawled, well ran away, until I squished them. They were so small. And when I tapped the strawberry on the counter, more fell out from the leafy part. Well, that's where it looked like they came out of.

    I dont think I would worry too much-if the fruit is undamaged and ripens it will be ok after a quick rinse.

    Well, we washed and ate the two we picked off earlier to look at. They seemed fine.

    Ha ha ha. No. Just on their own. Did have baked beans with our dinner tonight though, which was cheese and bacon crispbakes and chips.
