hello Jo glad you had a good time at Tatton, did Sue do a garden this year or did she have stand in the floral marquee i couldnt manage to go this year but her garden was very good last year
Mmm, veggie omelette. I could have that for tea tonight with everything home grown - potatoes, peas, onions, courgettes - and of course the eggs! And some salad on the side.
Sue had a stand inside the floral marquee this year. Good display of her plants & things selling well- so perhaps better for her than a big garden. She said that instead of 2weeks building, which would have been murder this year with the awful weather, 2-3 days inside instead much easier. She did her first inside stand at Southport last year & found it easier, so that's why she was inside at Tatton this year.
Have just got the washing back inside- literally no rain West of us until about 500yds from home! Have a coolbag full of raspberries, tayberries & some redcurrants- jams & crumble all need doing over the next 24hrs. Looks as if need to grovel under the stairs again for more jam jars to wash. Only had enough clean for 1 more lot of jam. J.
Clear the fridge pizza here - making sauce with onions, toms and red peppers. Then steaming spinach. Made the dough in new gadget Kenwood Chef earlier, took out enough for pizza, put the rest in freezer for loaf when I get back from (another) Kent trip. So plan is for pizza fiorentina- ish. Leftovers will do for snacking on tomorrow.

You've got draws in yours -take the draws out- put them in the proper place -then replace with food-simples
If you have eggs- make an omelette with bits and pieces- fry some potatoes

No eggs
I am left with pasta and tomato sauce
I will go to the shops tomorrow.
