I tried making maramlade and was so worried about it setting I over cooked it (well Burnt it) and you couldn't even spread it with a knife it was hmm a 'firm set'

Bjay, my mum's marmalade is good but occasionally she produces a 'loose' batch as she calls it! My middle sister is the expert but I don't want to own up to my failure so I'm relying on Google to help me out. I may also get out my jam thermometer.
