I have a bootifull plant which has been swamped with what look like eggs all over the flower, the leaves are curling, yesterday i caught some little beetle type insects approx half inch long. I have repeatedly treated it with a homebase organic pest control, with little affect, can anyone help please

I'll bump you up, someone may be able to help. Honeysuckles are susceptible to aphids but they're not that big and mildew. I've never seen anything else
