Peris forest flame

I planted a forest flame about 2-3 months ago it thrived with lovely new leaves but now the ends of the leaves are turning brown, its not dying as I still get new growth , any suggestions please x

could be on the dry side, or , I think more likely, it's desiccating winds which can easily cause the sort your damage you describe. Once it's settled in , it should be ok, but in the mean time, could you shelter it from the wind, even a bit of net curtain would help. If it's a new plant, it's probably not too big to shelter.
