I have loads of this in my garden, some here and there and a big clump of it under my Choisya. I'm assuming its a weed and would like to know its name, just out of curiosity as I go about getting rid of it in the next few days.
Thanks

Looks like a Fuschia to me
Common name Enchanter’s nightshade
Latin name Circaea lutetiana
Areas affected Woodland beds and borders in shade
Weed with spreading stolons
make sure you get out all the little white fleshy roots, and whatever you do, don't let it flower and seed. Dont be fooled by those pretty little flowers.
Fidgetbones, thank you, I'm sure that's it. I certainly have a lot of shady borders.
it's flippin' nightmare. I used to look after a garden which had it. It's right up there with bindweed / ground elder / marestails I'm afraid.
That's one of mine as well
