Meyer Lemon Trees (London Underground Station)
Hello.
First of all I have almost 0% gardening knowledge here so bear with me!
I work at a London Underground station (Shepherds Bush Market) and have entered a annual gardening competition called Underground in Bloom, and I am considering attempting to grow Meyer Lemons in the ticket hall which to my knowledge has never been done before, therefore giving me a slight edge.
I have fulfilled all the criteria but am unable to place the Meyer Lemon trees in direct sunlight as advised, however they will be in artificial light 24 hours a day, and indirect sunlight during daylight hours.
Can anyone offer any advice as to whether this is likely to be a success or even possible?
Any advice welcome!
