Physocarpus 'Diablo'... I would imagine...
Physocarpus opulifolius. The cultivar I know is Diablo but there are others. Lady in Red may be one.

That's Euonymus elatus on the link Alan. That's only red in autumn.

I'm sure it is Diablo. (or Lady in Red) I recognise the burning bush because a friend has a brilliant example. I can only keep Diablo in a container so may have to root prune it eventually.
