Caterpillar Identification

Can anyone help Identify this? I can't find my Pest Guide.
It's a Cream/White caterpillar with black spots and a black head, about 1 inch long . Lots of Web. It's laying into my new hedge and doing some serious damage!

If you google Ermine moth caterpillars Images there are some pics so you can see whether they're the same or not.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Got it in one, Damn that was fast! And they are on the Bird cherry as other links have suggested they prefer.
