Foxes
in Talkback
How do I keep foxes away from my raised Beds? I have a problem with a fox digging up my vegetables. I protect the beds with cloches but the foxes just force their way in.

A man's urine is supposed to be a deterrent.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Male urine is a deterrent, get your OH to pee in a bucket and pour some around the raised beds.
that is so true, but don't let your neigh bours see you doing it!lol
Does it work for dogs too?
try it and see but I don't think so as they on the whole are not afraid of humans.
Oh yes, obviously.
I should have thought about it longer. I guess it'll have to be a fence.
You can buy proprietary chemicals to scatter on your soil which keep foxes away. They do smell horrible though.
Hi. Men' urine is the best. My neighbours 8 babies ( they call them their babies) are being Fed good meat and eggs by them every morning and in the evening with big can of dog meat. and they used to use my garden to poop And play.
i got my 3 men to pee in a bottle and got them to spread around the garden boundaries where they used to access my garden. Now all 8 of them do not come in to my garden
