Something eating my cherries

Hi

something is eating the leaves and unripe cherries off the top of my tree. I have lost about half the cherries and the leaves have a serrated look to them.

can you help, could it be pigeons?

    And blackbirds - they used to go after the ones in the gardens where I worked, as well as the pigeons.  But it's the pigeons that get the leaves.


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
