Can we have a photo of a bit further back please, so we get more of the leaves. Do we know whether this is a Hybrid Tea, or a rambler or climber or what?

I think they're good new shoots - David Austin roses often throw up vigorous shoots from below the soil surface.
Someone on here removed some then contacted the David Austin office and was told they would have been good new shoots
