Could anyone tell me if these are weeds or plants as i sometimes have problems 
Could anyone tell me if this is plant or wead as i can never tell.

Could be a weed. The one in the bottom right corner of your picture is lady's mantle - alchemilla mollis - and not a weed.
They look a bit like the young plants of rosebay willow herb. Some consider it a weed!
It's the tall one i'm worried about on the left.
