Yeah, I've been reticent about getting it. I'm still on the fence but that photo is swaying to getting it. image

It's lovely Jim, it grows in with brunnera and adds height.

It grows in with everything else as well if you don't watch itimage

Nearly tempted to buy a plant on eBay from Norfolk -still hovering - undecided - just too impatient to collect some seed for years ahead.

Much better to have fresh and even better to have local seed for so many reasons, and lastly it's much cheaper. image Once you've got non-local plants you'll never be able to go back and that's going to dilute the local gene pool reducing national diversity. Diversity is the key to survival of our native flora and fauna.

I've never seen it locally which is why I'm going to order seeds. You watch though as soon as I've got it growing I'll find some somewhere.

Yes, Jim I have been thinking this afternoon that maybe it would be rather hasty to buy a plant so I am now looking out for seed.  Funny thing that someone else has put up a new thread (can't remember who) saying they are taking their's out as it is a nuisance and everywhere all over their garden.image

I think it depends on your approach to plants and gardening and the size of your garden Forester. I'm not thinking of getting rid of itimage

I have a small garden but it is packed with allsorts so I never need to weed.  The only nuisance I have is the three cornered leek but I am now living with it because as it dies back the ferns unfurl and it all looks very pretty.  I may come begging for some seed in the Autumn Nutcutlet - can you save some please.image

Righto, it will seed before autumn and I'd sow it fresh. Fresh is always better, ask the plant. image

Is there anything else I've mentioned that you'd like?

PM me your address, I find making an envelope and writing the name of the required seed on it is the best way for me to remember.image
