have large azalea in large pot outside side of house. bought from a large garden centre two years ago. flowered last year with large peach flowers, but this year no new buds have appeared on it. very healthy looking and fed regularly. have lost tag with name of azalea on it.
leaves are light green coloured and quite large with featherlike markings on inside of leaves. this plant is about 3ft. high now.
do some azaleas only flower every other year.

There could be several reasons for no flowers sarah. Firstly is it potted in ericaceous compost.
Azaleas like to be damp but not waterlogged, the winter has been very wet, did it get waterlogged? They also like a cold spell and we haven't really had one this year. Last year was very hot, so did it dry out last year?
You say it's outside your house, is it in too much shade or not enough?
What fertilizer have you fed it with? You need to feed them after flowering with the correct type especially for the acid loving plants.
It sounds from your description to be healthy, so think back and see if anything mentioned may have happened.
