Should I cut back the frost damaged new growth on my bottle-brush plants?

I was just wondering if anyone could help answer the following question: should I cut back the frost-damaged new growth on my bottle-brush plants?

They were coming along beautifully until the other week when we had a late frost.  Now some of the new growth is silvery and frost damaged.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. image

..is this the red flowered Callistemon you're talking about here...?  if so, I would say yes cut them off, although your plant should be starting to flower shortly...? if the flower buds still look good then I wouldn't cut those off, but if it's new growth then it won't hurt the plant, in fact it benefits from tip pruning each season.... about one third of the bush should be tip pruned each year....after flowering has finished... although it's not crucial by any means...
