Limp hebe
in Plants
Hi there
i have a hebe I believe is called a globe variety I bought it last year and it spread very quickly to fill a large pot. The plant was good until a few months ago when it has gone limp as if something has sat on it but i don't think that has happened. I tried watering it a few times and it hasn't perked up.
would anyone have any ideas?
kind regards

Check for vine weevil in the pot. They may have eaten the roots
Hi there
thanks I will check tomorrow morning. If it is vine weevil is there anything I can do to save the plant.
kind regards
It depends how much of the root they've eaten - take it out of the pot - remove all compost, wash the roots gently and repot in fresh compost - put it somewhere shady and cross your fingers.
