weed or veg?

I have rather let things go in the garden but it has proven pleasingly resilient. I have lots growing from previous planting. I am now trying to get on top of things again but I am not sure if this is a weed or a veg such as curly kale. Help please! Can someone tell me how to upload a picture?

The icons don't appear at all in my phone. Managed to change prof pic to one of the shots.
Can't really see that well enough to ID it - don't know if anyone else can.
Is there a laptop or pc you can use?

Not sure about that - definitely not Curly Kale - but have you sown any Japanese brassicas? - it looks a bit like Mizuna - but I'm not sure ...............
Anyone else got any ideas?

Doesn't really look like the mizuna we grew, but maybe a different variety. Maybe it's safer not to eat it, get things in order, plant some new seeds and eat with confidence in a few weeks time?
That looks like Ragwort, Senecio jacobea. Definitely don't eat it!
I did wonder about that initially, but the texture looked all wrong to me ...

I didn't think it looked like the ragwort we used to get when we lived in the Peak District, but since ragwort kills horses if eaten, it kind of bears out the point that it would be better to be safe than sorry!!
Thanks. Not sown any Mizuna so will not eat it as advised and start again. Its odd the only place its growing is one pot and no where else. Many thanks
