    I believe they are insecticides based on Pyrethrum which is extracted from Chrysanthemums and considered organic.  The RHS have a list of products based on this in their 'pesticides for home use' pdf, here, for anyone looking (see page 3):

    Vitax PY and Scott's Bug Clear are commonly available brands in the UK.

     

     

    Yes image I know them - but not Bug be gone  - I wondered whether it's a different formulation due to different regulations elsewhere, or whether it's something new likely to be (or already) introduced in the UK.

    Was shocked today to see my Lupins covered in grey/green crusty creatures. The only thing I have is soapy water to spray them which I did. I think it will help until I use chemical warfare, but what product  ?
