Ive just planted in my cool greenhouse three chilli plants Cheyenne, Apache and Gusto they are about 3 inches tall. how tall can I expect them to grow and should I pinch out any side shoots that form.

They will grow 2' - 3' - I just leave my Chillies to do their own thing

So do I. They don't grow to the size or bulk of tomato plants, hence no need to worry about side shoots.
